In keeping with our mission to support and promote the arts in Kalamazoo, the Arts Council provides a
number of services to artists and arts organizations.
Arts Management
Designed to empower organizations and individuals to become better arts managers through training, planning and consulting.
Grant Programs
Funds are granted on the basis of high artistic quality and merit to artists and organizations in order to strengthen our cultural resources.
Workshops
The Thriving Through the Arts Workshop Series is available for Arts Organizations.
Education Programs
Opportunities are available for K through 12.
Advocacy
Initiatives advocate fiscal and policy issues favorable to the arts on local, state and national levels.
Event Promotion
Community calendars keep people informed about what's going on in Kalamazoo.
